Juventus have joined the race for Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang according to reports from England. It is thought that the Italian outfit are willing to swoop for the forward who has less than a year left on his contract.
Aubameyang is regarded as one of the top strikers in England but has been embroiled in contract negotiations with the Gunners for the past six months.
There are indications that the London club would consider selling him if a new contract is ot agreed before the end of the season.
Aubameyang is seen as an attractive prospect for many clubs across Europe with Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona monitoring his progress.
Juventus view the 31-year-old as an excellent addition to the team as they look to relieve some of the goalscoring burden off Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
French tabloid Le 10 Sport claims that the Turin side have been in close touch with Aubameyang representatives and a concrete offer could be made in the coming weeks.
Arsenal still remain the favourites to tie the forward to a long term deal but the longer it takes the more speculations would continue to grow.
