Inter Milan are reportedly interested in Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses. Moses thrived under Antonio Conte at Chelsea with the Nigerian international impressing in the wingback role.
The 29-year-old is currently on loan at Turkey side Fenerbahce but has become a transfer target for Inter Milan. It is understood that Conte is keen on the player as the ideal wingback for Inter Milan.
The Italian tactician has performed wonders at the San Siro club this season as they are currently challenging for the League title. However, they have floundered in recent games drawing their last two matches.
This has led to calls for reinforcement with Conte vocal in the past few games regarding potential signings in January.
Manchester United wing-back Ashley Young joined earlier in the week and Christian Eriksen has been touted as a potential signing.
Inter Milan chief Giuseppe Marotta confirmed interest in Moses when quizzed by reporters. “He is a candidate, certainly.” He said.
Moses’ current deal with the Blues currently expires in 2021 and the Blues are opened to selling the pacey wingback. He would bring plenty of quality to Inter Milan and is the ideal fit for Conte in his quest to win the League this season.
