Chelsea could be set to lose academy graduate Conor Gallagher according to reports from England.
The Sun claims that Palace are closing in on a £10million for Gallagher who is considered an exciting prospect for the Eagles.
The report further says that Palace boss Roy Hodgson sees the 20-year old as an ideal prospect ahead of next season.
Gallagher is regarded as one of the bright stars in the Blues academy and spent this season on loan at Swansea.
He has been exceptional in the Championship and has really improved his style since moving last summer.
During his time at the Welsh club, Gallagher has shone with his hard running and passing qualities the major attraction in his game.
There is a growing belief among Palace chiefs that Chelsea would be willing to sell in the summer. The youngster has two years left on his current contract and is regarded as a hotshot in the club’s academy.
Gallagher has represented England at all levels from Under-17 to Under-21. Chelse would do well to make a decent fee from the midfielder and add a buyback clause.
