Arsenal are considering a move for Lyon forward Memphis Depay according to latest reports from France. The Dutch star has rejuvenated his career in France following a disappointing spell in England and is regarded as a top talent.
With the club uncertain about the futures of strikers Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the Gunners head into the summer with key transfer decisions to make.
Depay is seen as a potential replacement for both players. French tabloid Let 10 Sport claims that Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is a huge fan of Depay and willing to convince the forward of a switch to the Premier League.
Depay is considered as a tricky forward with an eye for playmaking and scoring goals. Lyon are open to selling as the player is entering the final year of his current deal.
The French side are known as a selling club and it won’t be a surprise if a deal is agreed in the coming weeks.
